What is VPBoost?
VPBoost is a powerful redirect system designed specifically for Counter-Strike 1.6 servers. It works by running redirect instances on a VPS that intercept player connections and redirect them to your target server, effectively filling your server with players automatically.
Requirements
- A VPS (Virtual Private Server) with Linux
- Root access to the VPS
- A Counter-Strike 1.6 server to redirect players to
- An active VPBoost subscription on CS-Boost.com
Installation Steps
Step 1: Get Your VPS Ready
Start with a clean Linux installation (Ubuntu or Debian recommended). Make sure you have root access and a stable internet connection.
Step 2: Download VPBoost
Log into your CS-Boost.com account and navigate to the VPBoost installation page. You'll find the download link and your unique configuration token.
Step 3: Install & Configure
Follow the installation wizard on the VPBoost install page. The process is largely automated — just paste the commands and enter your configuration token when prompted.
Step 4: Start Redirecting
Once installed, VPBoost will begin redirecting players to your configured server. You can monitor performance in real-time through the VPBoost Live Dashboard.
Monitoring & Management
The VPBoost dashboard provides real-time statistics including:
- Active redirect connections
- Players redirected per hour
- VPS resource usage
- Server target status
