Only headshots kill: body hits are cancelled (with an optional clink) and head hits are guaranteed lethal, with an optional pistols-only buy.

CSB Headshot Only is a pure aim mode. In a Ham_TraceAttack hook every bullet that does not land on the head is cancelled to zero damage, while a head hit is boosted to a guaranteed kill. Body hits can optionally play a metal ricochet 'clink' so shooters still get feedback, and the buy menu can be restricted to pistols only.
Inspired by Headshot Only by Alka. Independent GPL re-implementation.

Installation
- Enable the
fakemetaandhamsandwichmodules inmodules.ini. - Compile
csb_headshot_only.sma, copy it toaddons/amxmodx/plugins/and add it toplugins.ini. - Change the map.
Instalare
1. Enable the fakemeta and hamsandwich modules in addons/amxmodx/configs/modules.ini 2. Put csb_headshot_only.amxx in addons/amxmodx/plugins/ and add it to plugins.ini 3. Change map
