CSB Match Stats Export
Exports the full match scoreboard (kills/deaths/hs/damage/ADR per player) to MySQL with threaded SQLx, or to a text file when the DB is down.

Detects a tied score at the end of regulation and starts a repeating overtime with fresh start money and a HUD scoreboard.
