VPBoost has not delivered a player to this server

VPBoost is our redirect platform: it runs on a VPS, advertises itself to the Counter-Strike 1.6 server browsers, and sends the players who connect on to a real server. When a player reaches 173.199.107.158:27055 that way, the delivery is recorded and shown here - who sent them and when.
