On death and on /dmg, shows who hit you for how much (and how many hits) and who you hit, tracked per round in Ham_TakeDamage.
CSB Damage Report answers the two questions every player asks after a firefight: "how much did I actually do to him?" and "who chunked me?". Every hit is accumulated in Ham_TakeDamage into per-attacker / per-victim tables that reset at the start of each round.
When you die you get a two-part chat report — the damage you dealt and the damage you took, each broken down by opponent with the number of hits — plus an optional short HUD summary of your exchange with the player who killed you. You can also pull the report at any time with /dmg.
