VPBoost is our redirect platform: it runs on a VPS, advertises itself to the Counter-Strike 1.6 server browsers, and sends the players who connect on to a real server. When a player reaches 37.221.209.129:27080 that way, the delivery is recorded and shown here - who sent them and when.
