VPBoost is our redirect platform: it runs on a VPS, advertises itself to the
Counter-Strike 1.6 server browsers, and sends the players who connect on to a real
server. When a player reaches 217.156.22.28:27015 that
way, the delivery is recorded and shown here - who sent them and when.
