Pluginy AMX Mod X

Logs every say / say_team line with name, SteamID, team and time to a per-day file; amx_lastchat dumps recent lines.

amx_csay / amx_hsay / amx_tsay show an admin message as a coloured HUD message, with an optional sound and a blue screen fade.

say /unstuck frees a player wedged in geometry or another player by searching for the nearest free spot, with a cooldown and a combat lock.

@ for the admin-only channel, @@ for a coloured server announcement, @@@ for a HUD message.

Type /admins to see every online admin, their access flags and whether they are AFK.

Tier badges from rank score, prefixed to chat via a SayText rebroadcast, with ini-configurable thresholds.
