One flag-gated /admin menu for kick, ban, slay, slap, team moves, map change and the cvars you actually touch.

Everyone spawns with a Scout, knife and unlimited ammo under low gravity; buying is blocked and respawn is instant, with one-shot and headshot-only cvars.

amx_mr15 / amx_mr12 exec the match config then verify the critical cvars and print a diff of anything that did not take.

Hold +use while falling to deploy a parachute that clamps your fall speed and shows a model above you, with fall-speed, VIP-only and per-round-limit cvars.

amx_hp / amx_armor set or add (+N) health and armour, clamped by cvars, with a player + preset-amount menu. Every change is announced and logged.

Extra mid-air jumps. A fresh +jump while airborne re-launches the player; count and gating are cvars.

A menu of the cvars admins change most (friendly fire, gravity, freeze/round/buy time, team balance, start money, C4 timer) that cycles preset values inline.

Queries client cvars and checks them against a rules file, kicking or logging clients with disallowed values or that refuse to answer.
