<p><strong>CSB Accuracy Tracker</strong> counts every shot fired (via <code>Ham_Weapon_PrimaryAttack</code>) and every bullet that lands on an enemy (via <code>Ham_TakeDamage</code>) per weapon. Per-map totals live in memory; lifetime totals are persisted per SteamID in nVault.
