CSB ScoutzKnivez
Everyone spawns with a Scout, knife and unlimited ammo under low gravity; buying is blocked and respawn is instant, with one-shot and headshot-only cvars.
CSB High Ping Kicker
Kicks players whose rolling average ping stays over the limit, with a connect grace period and flag immunity.
