Replace the CS economy: fixed start money, per-kill and headshot rewards, and a flat per-round income for everyone.

A warmup ready-up gate: /ready and /notready with a live HUD, automatic LO3 when everyone is ready, and /forceready for admins.

Tracks damage per attacker and credits the top assister above a threshold when a victim dies, optionally paying a cash reward.

amx_warn stores warnings per SteamID in nVault; reaching a count kicks, a higher count bans for a set time. Warnings expire after N days.

Extra money and HP for rescuing a hostage, plus a CT team bonus when all hostages are saved.
