Gently pushes overlapping teammates apart every frame, stopping door and ladder blocking without full semiclip.

Sliding-window per-IP connection rate limiter that temporarily blocks addresses reconnecting too fast.

amx_lock sets sv_password (random or given) and shows it to admins only; amx_unlock clears it. A HUD reminder keeps admins aware the server is locked.

Toggle MOVETYPE_NOCLIP for admins with a HUD marker; auto-off on death and round start, with an optional fire block.
