CSB Base Builder
A build phase where builders grab, carry, rotate and lock map props, followed by a fight phase where the other team must break in.

Caps concurrent connections per IP and drops clients that never finish the handshake or send any input.
CSB Spawn Protection
Short invulnerability at spawn with a visible team-coloured glow, dropped when you shoot or move.
CSB Admin ESP
Wallhack-style glow on players for admins only, injected per-client in FM_AddToFullPack so normal players see nothing.
CSB Laser Mine
Place limited laser mines on walls: they draw a beam and hit the first enemy that crosses it, and owners can pick them back up.
